An important training event was held in Lodz, Poland, hosted by WYŻSZA SZKOŁA BIZNESU I NAUK O ZDROWIU. The event aimed to enhance the digital content creation skills of educators who will provide digital education to Ukrainian refugees.
Organized by project partners, the event sought to equip educators with the necessary digital competencies to accelerate the integration process of Ukrainian refugees into society. During the training, participants gained valuable insights into the significance of digital education for refugees across Europe, the process of creating digital content, planning asynchronous educational materials, and the technical equipment required for effective digital education.

Importance of Digital Education and Content Creation: Educators were introduced to the crucial role digital education will play in the lives of Ukrainian refugees and learned the steps to follow when developing digital content.
Use of Technological Devices and Web Tools: Participants were introduced to the technological tools needed for effective digital education, including devices for infographics, animation creation, and web-based learning tools.
Developing Content for the Needs of Ukrainian Refugees: Educators analyzed the living conditions and educational needs of refugees and learned how to create digital content tailored to these needs.
The target audience for this event consisted of educators from adult education institutions, NGOs, and organizations serving refugees in the countries involved in the project. The participating educators plan to integrate their newfound skills into their home countries’ education systems, contributing to the ongoing digitalization process in Europe.
A total of 16 educators participated in the event, which is expected to have a lasting impact not only in Poland but also across Europe, as educators apply their newly acquired digital content creation skills in their institutions.
