Kick-off meeting of our project

The Content Of The Activity

•Partners will present the characteristics of their institutions. By understanding the strengths of our partners for our project, a synergy will be created between our partners for the operation of our project.
•⁠ ⁠The coordinator will inform our partners about the Ukrainian refugees. The coordinator will explain the goals that our project wants to achieve.
•⁠ ⁠Tasks will be given to our partners by the coordinator.
•The website, Epale Platform and social media accounts to be created for our project will be announced by the coordinator at the meeting. It will be decided which partner will create these communication media tools.
•The coordinator will provide information about the number and characteristics of the participants at the project meetings and mobility.
•⁠ ⁠The coordinator will determine what our partner, who will host the project mobility, will do for the activities.
•The coordinating country will explain the questionnaires and tests to be applied to the participants. Our project partners will take charge of the tests and surveys they will apply at the events.
•⁠ ⁠The coordinator will inform and assign the partners to measure the project quality.
•⁠ ⁠The partners will be informed about the project budget. Our project partners will be asked to appoint a finance officer to manage the project budget. The responsibilities of the financial officers of our partners to the financial officers of the coordinator country will be explained.

•Our partners will be informed that the meetings and events will be held according to the calendar we will send in the project annexe.
•⁠ ⁠We will create a risk prevention plan with our partners to ensure the smooth functioning of the project process.
The general content of the opening meeting of our project will include the work and tasks to be done to achieve the desired targets of our project together with our partners.

•⁠ ⁠Each partner will get to know the characteristics of the institutions in our partnership. Our partners will know the strengths and weaknesses of our cooperation. Our partners will decide in which activities they can help each other. Thus, there will be a synergy between our partners for the success of our project.
•Our partners will learn detailed the targets of our project. Our partners will begin to make the necessary effort to achieve the targets of our project.
•⁠ ⁠Our partners will review the timeline of our project. They will understand the relevance of our project’s timeline to our project targets. Our partners will endeavour to complete the project on time.
•Our partners will use their budgets appropriately for project activities.
•Our partners will learn what qualifications the trainers they will choose for their project activities should have. According to these characteristics, they will select participants for the project activities. Thus, the outputs of our project will be of high quality.
•⁠ ⁠The dissemination activities of the project will begin. Our project’s website and social media accounts will become active. News about our project will be started on the Epale Platform. As an after of the kick-off meeting of our project, partners will publish the news about the start of our project in national and local media. Thus, the introduction of our project will begin.
•⁠ ⁠The managers of our partners participating in the meeting of our project will prepare their institutions for the activities of our project after getting to know our project. Our partners will increase the technical equipment of their institutions.
•⁠ ⁠As a result of our project meeting, our project will be explained to the educators working in the institutions of our partners. Educators will also prepare themselves for our project activities.

Educators should learn the methods of preparing content for digital training for Ukrainian Refugees

The Content Of The Activity

Training activities will be carried out to increase the digital content creation competencies of educators who will provide digital education to Ukrainian refugees. In this event, the digital content preparation skills of educators who will train Ukrainian refugees will be developed. Educators need training on digital content before preparing quality content for refugees.
•The promotion of our project and the institutions of our partners will be made through media communication tools. Educators participating in the event will be introduced to the digital environment. Thus, the public speaking skills of educators will develop.
•Educators will understand why digital education is necessary for Ukrainian refugees in Europe.
•Educators will have information about how to plan digital content preparation.
•Educators will be taught how the places where digital training will be held should be light, sound, camera and visual.

•Training on the effective use of the programs, technological devices and web tools that the participants will use while preparing digital content will take place at our event.
•Trainers will learn about the living conditions of Ukrainian refugees and determine their training needs. Thus, the skills of educators to prepare situation analysis for digital education will be developed.
•Trainers will reach the level of education that can prepare digital content for the digital education of refugees.
•Educators will learn how to prepare asynchronous content to be used in the education of refugees. In addition, the decision-making skills of educators on digital content will be developed.
•For educator’s digital content:
-infographic design,
-animation preparation,
-concept maps,
-colouring images
They will learn in the subjects.
•Manager will introduce Web 01, Web 02, Web 03, Web 04 and Web 05 tools. Participants will be able to grasp the point reached in today’s technology and will be prepared for the technological developments that await us in the future.

Expected Results Of The Activity

•Educators giving adult education will develop their skills in digital education.
•Educators will be able to prepare quality digital education content for Ukrainian refugees by knowing the social and economic situation of Ukrainian refugees.
•Educators will be able to design digital educational content that will facilitate the integration of Ukrainian refugees into society and make their lives easier. The training content to be prepared by the educators will be prepared by technological developments from now on.
•Educators will learn about different cultures through activities. Educators will contribute to the development of European culture.
•Educators will help Europe’s digitalization process in education by teaching the digital content skills they have acquired to educators in their own countries.
•Digital education content prepared for different disadvantaged target groups on social media and websites will increase.
•Institutions will make the spaces they will use for digital education suitable for digital education.
•Educators’ digital skills will not only benefit Ukrainian educators. In addition, it will provide vocational training opportunities in the digital environment for adults with limited educational opportunities. Educators will use the knowledge and skills they have learned in different areas of adult education. Thus, equality of opportunity in education will be provided.
•The number of synchronous and asynchronous digital education content for the social integration of refugees who had to emigrate from Ukraine due to the war will also increase.
•Dissemination of our event by our partners will attract the attention of different adult education institutions, NGOs, associations and foundations. Institutions affected by the training of our project will increase their training activities for Ukrainian refugees.
•With the understanding of the impact of adult education on Ukrainian refugees, the popularity of adult education will increase.

Compelling digital content that will make the lives of Ukrainian Refugees easier

The Content Of The Activity

At This Activities :
The objectives of our project will be explained to the participants, and a summary of the previous activity in the project will be made. Participants learned academic details about digital content preparation in the earlier event. In this event, participants will create digital content applications. Participants will do their digital content work in groups. Participants will visit Ukrainian refugee families and see their training needs on-site. Participants will begin to prepare digital content that will facilitate the production of Ukrainian refugees and connect them to life. They will receive technical assistance while
preparing these contents.
Groups and content topics:
A- Group:
•⁠ ⁠Digital content will be prepared to teach refugee women simple sewing techniques at home. Digital content about simple clothing techniques to be used to make new styles of clothes for refugee women from clothes they do not use will be prepared by the participants.

B-Group:
•⁠ ⁠Knitting techniques for hats, berets, vests, sweaters, scarves etc. aimed at improving the hand skills of refugee women will be prepared as digital content by educators.
C- Group:
•⁠ ⁠Digital content will be prepared for handicrafts that teach refugees how to make souvenirs from beads or wood. Topics related to the marketing of the souvenirs will be included in the digital content.
D-Group
They will prepare digital content for refugees on the damaging effects of global warming. Digital content will be prepared on
the production and maintenance of garden plants that refugees can grow in pots in their homes.
Participants will work as a group on the determined topics. Groups will create Asynchronous content in line with the given topic.
Groups:
-They will make a plan,
-They will determine the topic titles, They will create a concept map.
-Different educational environments will be provided for groups to create digital content.
-They will take camera shots for asynchronous content.
Describe the target group for this activity. Who is going to take part and who is going to benefit from the results?
•⁠ ⁠Our target group in this activity will be Ukrainian refugees. Participants will create digital content that will facilitate the lives
of Ukrainian refugees in this activity.
•⁠ ⁠Our other target group will be educators who provide vocational education for adults. In this activity of our project, digital content will be prepared thanks to the work of the trainers who provide vocational training and their professional knowledge.

Handicraft teachers, furniture teachers, sewing teachers and computer teachers will participate in this activity of our project.
The idea of disseminating the digital content created by the participants will be with our intellectual output. The work of these
teachers will form the basis of the Intellectual Output of our project that we will prepare for our project. As a result of this activity, refugee women will have practical information that will make their lives easier. Refugees will even start making money.
As a result of the dissemination of our intellectual output and the participants’ transfer of what they have done in the project activities to the educators in other different institutions, many educators will have information about preparing content for digital training. Thus, the number of digital content in various fields of adult education will increase. Our partners will make news about the activity of our project in local and national news agencies. Thus, our project will draw the attention of many institutions dealing with Ukrainian refugees. These institutions will cooperate with our partners so that
more refugees can benefit from the activity results of our project.
Our project activity will contribute to the solution to the refugee problem in Europe. It will enable Europe to get rid of the simple needs of the refugees.

Expected Results Of The Activity

•⁠ ⁠Thanks to the digital content we will create as a result of the project activities, the number of educational content that will facilitate the lives of Ukrainian refugees and even make them earn money will increase on social media and internet pages.
•⁠ ⁠There will be an increase in the number of educators interested in the education of refugees. Educators’ ability to prepare content in digital education will improve.
•⁠ ⁠Refugees will have digital content that will make their lives easier.
•⁠ ⁠Participants will learn about the contribution of Erasmus to education and will want to join in different Erasmus projects.
•⁠ ⁠Participants’ language skills will improve.
•⁠ ⁠Content related to global warming has been prepared by our educators. Training contents have been designed so that
refugees can grow garden plants in pots in their homes. Thus, refugees will grow their vegetables and contribute to the prevention of the reduction of biodiversity as a result of global warming.
•⁠ ⁠The positive effects of our project on refugees will remove them from their psychological state and ensure their social cohesion.
•⁠ ⁠Municipalities, NGOs, associations and official institutions that will indirectly participate in our project will be affected by the activity of our project. The efforts of these institutions to support the educational activities of refugees will increase.

Final evaluation meeting of the project

The Content Of The Activity

With this meeting, our partners will evaluate to what extent our project has achieved its general and concrete objectives. Our partners will review the unfinished works in our project. Our partners will be asked to complete the unfinished or incomplete
works in the project.

Thus, our partners will come prepared for the meeting. Partners will be informed about how to prepare the intellectual output of our project. Tasks will be given to the partners about the dissemination of the Intellectual Output of our project. CERD will inform our partners about the features and numbers of the participants who will participate in the multiplier events of our project. How to spend the budget allocated to our partners in multiplier activities will be explained. What our partners have done about the dissemination activities of our project will be evaluated. It will be decided what our partners should do next.
Evaluations will be made on what changes our project has made in the institutions of our partners. How much our project affects Ukrainian refugees will be evaluated by our partners. The budget control of our project will be done. The last meeting of our project will be a meeting where the project results will be evaluated. What we did and did not do to learn the goals of our project will be revealed. At this meeting, our partners will know how well-known our project is in Europe. Our partners will make forward-looking decisions to ensure the sustainability of our project.

Expected Results Of The Activity

•⁠Our partners will evaluate the results of the activities of the project. They will start making the intellectual output of our project, which we will create from the results of the activities.
•⁠Our partners will learn the qualitative and quantitative scales on which the results of our project will be evaluated. This meeting will help us measure the success of our project.
•⁠ ⁠During the activities of our project, studies will be carried out to prevent possible risks.
•⁠ ⁠We will determine the project goals that we could not reach in our project activities. Tasks will be given to our partners to achieve these goals.
•⁠It will be understood to what extent our partners carry out the dissemination activities of our project. After the end of our
project, decisions will be taken to keep our social media accounts up to date. Thus, it will contribute to the sustainability of our project.
•⁠Our partners will be informed about the multiplier events that will be held to disseminate our intellectual output. This event will contribute to the goals and sustainability of the project.
•⁠Partners will organize the preparation of the final report of our project. This will ensure that the final report is prepared on time.
Thanks to this meeting, responsible managers in our partners’ institutions will be able to re-audit our project work. Managers will be motivated to carry out activities for the dissemination and sustainability of our project. This meeting of our project will contribute to the quality creation of our intellectual output that will bring Ukrainian refugees to life.
