Project Kick-Off Meeting Held in Slovakia

To ensure the functioning of our project, project managers and managers from our partners’ institutions organized the project kick-off meeting in Slovakia. Managers from Germany, Turkey and Poland were motivated to achieve the project’s goals at this meeting and a strong synergy was created between our partners.

The project’s goals were presented in detail at the meeting. Coordinator CERD explained how we will achieve the project’s goals and what our partners need to do to achieve these goals. Partners were assigned tasks to fulfil for project activities; thanks to this, each partner learned what steps they needed to take to achieve the project’s goals.

In addition, tasks related to the dissemination of our project were determined. Our partners were asked to promote the project’s work on their social media accounts, on the EPALE Platform and our website. This strategy aims to reach our target audience, Ukrainian refugees, via the Internet.

The meeting also discussed the completion of project activities by the timetable. The coordinator emphasized the importance of completing the requested activities on time. It was agreed that each activity complements the other and that the partners should comply with the timetable. In addition, the qualifications of the trainers who will participate in the activities were shared and the necessary decisions were made to increase the efficiency of the events.

As a result, each partner had the opportunity to learn the characteristics of the other institutions and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of our cooperation. In this way, our partners made decisions on how they could support each other for the success of the project.

The dissemination activities of our project started in line with the decisions taken in this meeting. The necessary steps have been taken to activate the EPALE Platform, website and social media accounts.
